We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with the product you received, you may return it according to the following return policy:

1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
  • Certain items, such as custom-made products, digital goods, or perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, etc.), cannot be returned.

3. Return Procedure
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@onlinestore.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages during the return process.

5. Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the product and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Initial shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Personal items (such as underwear and jewelry).
  • Used items or those damaged due to improper use.
  • Digital goods that have been downloaded or accessed.

8. International Returns
For international returns, all import taxes, customs duties, and return shipping fees must be paid by the customer. Please make sure to include tracking information for the returned package to avoid issues with lost items during shipping.

9. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, including a photo of the defective item. We will process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
