3. How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies depending on your location:

Express Delivery:
worldwide 4-6 business days

Economy Shipping:
Worldwide 10-15 business days

Please note that customs procedures may affect delivery times.

4. How much will your shipping cost be?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the delivery destination. The total shipping cost will be shown at the time of payment but does not include import duties, vat and other charges.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the shipping provider's website.

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 working days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For more details, please see our Returns Policy section.

8. Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. For other exchanges, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired product.

11. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased directly from our website. Gift cards are delivered electronically and can be used for any purchase on ClikEnPick.

12. How do I cancel my order?
If the item has already been paid for and has not passed 1 business day, If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If it has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

13. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.

14. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can modify the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the shipping details.
